Aluminum Motor Housing Profile

Corrosion-resistant and wear-resistant, effectively protecting internal motor components. The one-piece extruded structure reduces assembly steps and supports customized hole drilling and dimension machining. Widely used for various industrial motors, servo motors, and gear motor housings.

Aluminum Platform for Woodworking Machinery

An aluminum alloy profile platform designed specifically for woodworking machinery worktables. Made with a high-strength alloy formula, offering high flatness and strong load-bearing capacity. The surface undergoes special anodizing treatment for wear resistance and anti-slip properties, effectively reducing wood feeding resistance. Modular splicing structure allows easy installation and flexible combination according to equipment dimensions. Featuring a one-piece extruded structure with high rigidity and low inertia, enabling high-speed and precise movement. The interior of the beam is designed with reinforcing rib structures, significantly improving bending and torsion resistance while maintaining lightweight. After precision machining and aging treatment, it offers excellent dimensional stability. Aluminum Heat Sink

A heat sink extruded from high thermal conductivity aluminum alloy with high fin density, large heat dissipation area, and excellent heat transfer efficiency. The one-piece extruded structure has no splicing gaps, resulting in lower thermal resistance and effectively reducing equipment operating temperature.
